Job Description

Right at Home is seeking Care Providers of all levels to assist the elderly, blind and disabled one on one in home environment. We offer a sign on bonus for all that apply (ask about details of payout). We also offer a referral bonus to anyone that refers an employee to us that works 80 hours (ask about details of payout).

You will be required to assist all clients with cooking, cleaning and running errands. We do not transport in our cars unless advised by staffing to do so. Those with experience may be asked to perform showers, transfers, brief change, peri care, stand by assistance.

We are also seeking to establish a labor pool of experienced caregivers that can work 8-12 hour shifts. These candidates have at least 3 years experience and can work with minimal notice. They require minimal supervision and are able to communicate effectively with the client and staff. Must present well. This is called the 5 Star Program. Pay is way above average for this position. Job Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug test, background check (no felonies, no drugs, theft or assault in background). Must be reliable with attendance and have reliable transportation. We prefer (due to client fragility) no long nails, no strong perfumes, dress code is scrubs, hair must be pulled back, tattoos must be covered during shift).
